Good afternoon Success Seekers! First let me say, I just love Dorthea from Soul. I feel like I know that woman with all the wisdom in her eyes! I especially loved the story she told about the young fish telling the older fish how his goal was to make it to the ocean, totally missing that he was already there. Sometimes qe can get so focused on our end goal that we miss the whole experience that we are in is the goal. What take aways did you get from the movie, Soul?

What did you learn from 2020?

Let's talk about why your ideas are still ideas..... You're overthinking things. You think you're perfecting the idea but you're really procrastinating. We call that analysis paralysis. You are analyzing so much that your idea cant go anywhere- its paralyzed. Get started, some of the perfecting will happen along the way.

I see a lot of billboards.... Billboards look nice but it's your business that will get you into boardrooms. Billboards are just signage. With technology these days, its easy to have awesome branding and spectacular signage. But you want to be known for having more than a nice logo and flyer. Become an expert at your craft and allow your business speak for you.

Let me tell y'all about these geese.... Here in Ohio we have some of the most aggressive geese, lol! We can be going on some of the most beautiful journeys walking through the park and before you know it, youve been accosted by the geese. They will squawk and hiss at you, and not to mention leave a trail of green poop all along your path! But they're nothing to be concerned about. Much like your critics. Its nothing more than squawking, hissing, and pooping on your path. The beautiful journey continues.....
